"The E-IT Club", located in Surrey, UK, is open to children of all ages.
Each parent/legal guardian, may sign his/her child/children to join the "The E -IT Club", in advance on a 'first come,
first served' basis. Places are guaranteed once confirmation has been made back and when payment is received.
Payment for joining "The E-IT Club" must be paid a term in advance prior to commencement, along with signed permission slip for all attending.
Until payment is made a specific time slot cannot be held and lessons cannot commence, however payment will still be
expected for the full duration.
Cancellation charges are applicable, at “The E-IT Club's” discretion, and one term’s notice must be submitted. In the
event that "The E -IT Club" has to cancel a student’s lesson for unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be
offered at your convenience.
Absence due to holidays or illness is non-refundable and allows a student’s place to be held for the full term.
Students should not attend the club if they are unwell. After vomiting or diarrhoea, students should not attend for at least 48 hours after the final episode, "The E-IT Club" reserves the right to refuse admission if this is not the case.
Following recent events with the Coronavirus “Covid-19” – students must not attend if displaying symptoms of this or any
similar illness, and must follow current Government guidance.
In order to cater for different students’ separate sessions, drop-offs and pick-ups must be punctual to allow for the
next session to start on time. Unfortunately, a late start does not mean a late finish.
Spaces are limited and registration for "The E-IT Club" and associated workshops will be closed once full capacity is
reached.
"The E-IT Club" reserves the right to remove attendees from any of the Workshops sessions for unacceptable behaviour,
at the Club's discretion. No refund will be payable in this instance.
All attendees will ONLY be released to their Parent/Legal Guardian, unless prior arrangements have been made.
The parent/legal guardian acknowledges and agrees that he/she will be liable for any property damage arising from or
related to the acts of his/her child/children during any of "The E-IT Club" Workshop Sessions, whether in the clubhouse or
on the property.
"The E-IT Club" accepts no liability for loss or damage (including consequential loss) to property or vehicle brought
onto the promises by a parent/guardian or child.

Parking is at the parent/guardian’s risk, please keep to the driveway at all times and be considerate towards neighbours,
and if parking is congested please park further away and come by foot.
At time of registration, "The E-IT Club" must be made aware of any specific medical conditions for students, and
parents/guardians must be contactable for all times that students are attending in case of any medical emergency.
If unable to make contact then you agree the emergency treatment can be obtained.
All information and lesson plans undertaken at "The E-IT Club" are the property of the club and should not be shared
with anyone else.
